The doctor informed me that

I had suffered a Stroke, a condition related to blood vessels in the brain,

and that immediate treatment was necessary.”

I Experienced Sudden Loss of Consciousness

I was initially admitted to another hospital while experiencing weakness, inability to walk, and slurred speech. My family later decided to transfer me to Kasemrad Prachachuen Hospital for further treatment.

The doctors informed me that I had suffered a “Stroke,” a condition involving blood vessels in the brain that required urgent medical treatment.

After receiving treatment at the hospital for six months, my condition gradually improved. From being unable to walk and speak clearly, I am now able to speak more fluently and can exercise again.

I was deeply impressed by the services at Kasemrad Prachachuen Hospital, from the very first day I arrived. The staff provided excellent care and attention, and the hospital rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.

I later learned that the physician who continuously cared for me was
Dr. Wanchai Taweepa, a specialist in Neurology and Chairman of the Medical Organization at the hospital.

He was always willing to provide consultation and immediate medical care, together with the nurses and staff who supported my recovery until I was able to return to my normal daily life.

Stroke

Stroke occurs when blood vessels in the brain become blocked, ruptured, or narrowed, causing insufficient blood supply to parts of the brain.

As a result, the brain cannot function normally.

Symptoms and severity depend on:

  • The size of the affected area
  • The location of the brain injury
  • The duration of blood deprivation

Early diagnosis and prompt treatment significantly improve recovery outcomes and reduce complications.
